Anthony Liberiou is a graduate of Bond University with a Bachelor of Laws Degree. He is admitted to practice law in both the Supreme Court of the Australian Capital Territory and the High Court of Australia.
He pursued postgraduate studies by obtaining a Masters of Laws in Legal Practice with Australian National University.
Having spent a number of years running successful private companies and advising prominent business identities, Mr Liberiou now joins Benchmark Lawyers to practice in areas of Commercial Law, Franchise, Construction Finance, Property and Family Law.
Tina Hsu BCom, LLM, EMBA
Tina Hsu is a graduate of the University of Queensland with a Bachelor of Laws Degree in 2001. She was admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and the High Court of Australia in 2001, and subsequently in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in 2003. She pursued further postgraduate studies by obtaining a Masters of Laws with the Queensland University of Technology in 2003 and an Executive MBA with the University of Technology Sydney in 2011. Tina also holds a Bachelor of Commerce double majoring in Marketing and International Business from the University of Auckland.
Born in Taiwan, raised and educated in New Zealand and Australia, Tina is very proficient in both written Chinese and spoken Mandarin. In one of her previous roles as an in-house lawyer for a listed high-tech consumer electronics multinational conglomerate in Taiwan, Tina has on many occasions, utilised her Mandarin skills and acute cross-cultural awareness, expedited the negotiation process and achieved favourable outcomes in her clients’ business endeavours.
Tina has over a decade’s worth of experience in general legal practice with commercial litigation in her earlier career, and more recent focus on corporate & commercial law and property law. Her previous experience as a commercial litigator provides a multifaceted perspective on the legal aspects of business life cycles. She believes in a proactive, commercial approach to her clients’ legal issues and her ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts in plain English as well as Mandarin distinguishes Tina in her professional field.
